Bettingapp Terms & Conditions — A Complete User Guide

By using the bettingapp (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "bettingapp") website and mobile application, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bettingapp.

These terms have been written in Bangla so that all users in Bangladesh can understand them easily. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bangla versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one bettingapp account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual:

• All accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonus balance remaining in the account will be forfeited.
• The return of your own deposited balance will be determined through a review process.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact bettingapp support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

2.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed on bettingapp, it generally cannot be changed. However, bettingapp reserves the right to void bets under certain specific circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• A technical error in the odds is identified.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any illegal activity is found.
• If the outcome of an event is uncertain or disputed.

2.2 Special Rules for cricket Betting

Cricket is the most popular betting category in Bangladesh. bettingapp has specific rules that apply to cricket betting:

• The outcome of an In-Play bet cannot be changed once the match has started.
• If a match is not at least 50% complete due to rain or any other reason, bets will be refunded.
• If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result is final.

2.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final. If odds shift due to network delay, bettingapp will show a confirmation with the updated odds — you may accept or cancel.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits on bettingapp:

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT via bKash/Nagad, 300 BDT via Rocket, 500 BDT via bank.
• Bettingapp does not charge any deposit fees — however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Bettingapp's rules for withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal is 300 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Your actual deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time.
• KYC verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, bettingapp reserves the right to suspend any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

A set of general rules applies to all bonus types on bettingapp:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements — these are stated in the offer details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified amount must be wagered first.
• If bonus abuse is detected, bettingapp reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

4.2 Wagering Calculation

Wagering means placing bets totalling a specific multiple of your bonus amount. For example: if you received a ৳500 BDT bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you would need to place ৳500 × 20 = ৳10,000 BDT in bets to become eligible to withdraw the bonus. 4.3 Bonus Validity

Every bonus has an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will expire automatically.

Bettingapp believes betting is for entertainment purposes only. Never bet with money you need for daily expenses or with borrowed funds.

5.1 Set Your Own Limits

In your bettingapp account settings, you can set the following limits yourself:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Bet Limits: Decide how much you want to bet within a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for an extended break — this can also be made permanent if you choose.

5.2 Understanding the Issue

Take a break if you notice any of the following signs:

• The urge to keep betting in an attempt to recover lost funds.
• Using money needed for essential expenses on betting.
• Lying to family or friends about your betting activity.

7.1 Right to Suspend Service

Bettingapp reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance or other reasons. Any bets active during such a period will be settled based on market conditions at the time.

7.2 Technical Issues

Bettingapp is not responsible for lost internet connections or app crashes. However, your account balance is always stored on our servers — everything will be intact when you log back in.

7.3 Reasons for Account Closure

Bettingapp may close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraud.
• Hacking, scamming, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

Bettingapp is not liable for the outcome of any bet — every bet carries inherent risk. In the event of a direct financial loss caused by a technical error on the app or website, bettingapp's liability is capped at the value of the transaction in question.

Bettingapp may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance via SMS or app notification to your registered mobile number.

If you continue using bettingapp after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account — withdraw any remaining balance first.
